EXCLUSIVE: Tamera Mowry had Tamar Braxton FIRED?

Tamera Mowry had Tamar Braxton FIRED from The Real - BlacksinHollywood(www.BlacksinHollywood.com) – A source very close to the situation has exclusively told BlacksinHollywood.com that it was Tamera Mowry-Housley who got Tamar Braxton fired from the hit FOX talk show, The Real.

The Real co-hosts couldn’t be more different, but when it comes to settling differences on the show it’s Tamera who’s in charge.

“She is the only reason the show exists,” said BlacksinHollywood.com’s reliable source. “She went to her husband, Adam Housely, who works for FOX, and demanded that he get her a show. She was fed up with being in her sister, Tia’s shadow. At first she meant it innocently. She just wanted her shot but she’s becoming drunk with power. Now, she decided it was “her time” to shine so Tamar’s ego and hers were too much together.

 UPDATE: June 1, 2016
Tamar to discuss her firing on June 2, 2016 edition of “Braxton Family Values.”

“Bless his heart. Adam is a good man who loves his wife. He didn’t think the show would really take off so he did. FOX gave them a limited six week run because they weren’t sure Tamera could carry the weight. When they put Tamar on it was a great fit because Tamera’s a little nerdy and annoying. It was all going well until Tamera had her daughter. She’s been like “I’m queen bee” every since. Tamar – who adores her son – felt Tamera was trying to create baby wars. Plus, Tamar was getting a little tired of Tamera’s “I’m the boss” attitude.

The series premiered as a four-week trial run on July 15, 2013, and aired in seven Fox owned markets: New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Phoenix, Houston and Tampa. It had been doing pretty good and it seemed like things were going without a hiccup. In fact, not long ago, when the show was first picked up for a regular season, Mowry-Housley addressed the situation.

“One of my favorite girls on the panel is Tamar. We couldn’t be more different from each other. I can’t wait to just sit right beside her and say, ‘Hey girl! How you doin’?’ We’re very different, but we’re very close,” Mowry-Housley said.

In a panic, the show tried to blame the firing on Loni Love, who is a sweetheart but doesn’t have the power to get a show cancelled with the very conservative network. Love spoke on it sorta. Taking to social media to address the moment, Love posted a clever photo on Twitter of a dinosaur saying, “I have no idea what’s going on,” and captioned it “but when so (I) do…”

After it was revealed that Tamar was indeed canned, she issued a statement expressing her disappointment and feeling “stabbed in the back.” but the network calls the departure “mutual.”

The Real and Tamar Braxton have mutually decided that Tamar will not be continuing with the show for its upcoming third season,” the producers said in statement. “She will be leaving in order to concentrate on her solo career. Everyone associated with The Real appreciates Tamar’s efforts and the contributions she has made to the show’s success, and we wish her all the best for the future.”

  1. You’ve got it twisted. It’s Tamar’s husband who’s the producer there and she’s the one who wanted to talk show and we all know she can be demanding and they gave it a run and it’s working and worked because of Tamar Tamara is cute and sweet and all of that but she can’t carry that show be real
